Jhon Paynor, RPM, CRSP, is a seasoned Talent Advisor Specialist at Japan Tobacco International since October 2020, responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process and supporting APAC Markets. Prior roles include Recruitment Service Owner at ABS-CBN Corporation and Recruiter at W3R Consulting, where expertise in various industries and recruitment tasks was demonstrated. Jhon also has experience as an HR Specialist at 24-Hour HR Process Outsourcing, Inc.
