Jonathan Ilagan

Jonathan Ilagan is an experienced SAP AMS Service Delivery Manager currently working at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) since February 2023, where responsibilities include managing outsourced services, ensuring compliance with SLAs, and driving continuous improvement in service quality.
