Leonid Tskhay is the Global Engineering RRP Technology Director at JTI, where they drive innovation in reduced-risk products. With a strong background in project management, Leonid previously held roles including Project Engineer and Global Engineering Project Manager at JTI from 2013 to 2017, contributing significantly to the development of manufacturing technologies. Prior to JTI, they worked as an Engineer at JSС «Montazhspetsstroy» from 2010 to 2012, focusing on oil and gas operations. Leonid holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering Design of Buildings and Constructions from the Kazakh Leading Academy of Architecture and Civil Engineering, graduated in 2010.
