Mark Shmidt currently serves as the IT Infrastructure Collaboration Manager at JT Inc. since August 2019. Previously, Mark held various positions at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) from March 2010 to the present, including IT NCC Technical Architecture: Integration Manager, Governance GSD Manager, GSD Service Expert Manager, and GSD Technical Analyst, all focused on service delivery and reporting. Mark holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Saint Petersburg State University, earned between 2003 and 2008.
