Marta Bartecka

Marta Bartecka has extensive experience in human resources and information security, currently serving as the Information Security Awareness Manager at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) since January 2014, where responsibilities include developing a global awareness program for over 40,000 employees and managing a community of IT Champions. Marta has also held the role of People & Culture Academy Manager, overseeing learning offerings for HR capability building, managing training initiatives, and advising on educational paths. Prior experience includes HR coordination roles and administrative support in various organizations, as well as a master's degree in Slavic Studies from the University of Warsaw.
