Pan Dmitry is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the legal sector across Central Asia. Currently serving as Legal Director for JTI (Japan Tobacco International) since February 2008, Pan oversees legal matters in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Mongolia. Prior to this role, Pan held positions such as Head of Legal at Gallaher Kazakhstan from March 2003 to February 2008 and Managing Partner at the legal firm "Solid Partners" from 2001 to 2003. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Lawyer at Komirbank OJSC from 1998 to 2001. Pan holds an Executive MBA from KIMEP (2007-2009), a Bachelor's in Engineering from the National Technical University named after K.
