Paul McHugh

Paul McHugh has extensive experience in security and law enforcement, currently serving as Security Director at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) since August 2009, focusing on the protection of people, assets, and company reputation. Prior to this, Paul held various leadership roles at Cheshire Constabulary, including Chief Superintendent, where oversight was provided for 600 personnel and a population of 250,000. Earlier positions included Superintendent, Chief Inspector, Inspector, and Sergeant, with a strong emphasis on operational leadership and commendations for impactful policing initiatives. Paul holds multiple qualifications, including a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) from ASIS and an Executive Management Diploma from the Chartered Management Institute.
