Peter Mitchell has extensive experience in environmental management, having served as Technical Director at ERM from 1998 to 2012 and as Environment and EHS Performance Director at JTI from 2012 to 2017. In 2022, they held the position of Environment Director for Corporate Sustainability at JTI. Additionally, Peter started their career as a Consultant with March Consulting Group in 1997. They earned a Master of Science in Environmental Biology from the University of Liverpool and a BSc (Hons) in Geography from The University of Sheffield, both from 1989 to 1992.
