Rodrigo S. is an experienced business leader with a strong background in management consulting, business development, and entrepreneurship. Rodrigo began a professional journey at Bain & Company, where responsibilities included executing a comprehensive business review for a distressed consumer goods company and devising a global expansion strategy for a European BPO provider. As the Founder and CEO of a healthcare technology services startup, Rodrigo successfully scaled the business to become the second largest telemedicine services provider in Latin America, managing a team of over 70 employees and achieving consistent revenue growth. With pivotal roles in business development at CHEP and currently at JTI, Rodrigo leads efforts in regional expansion, strategic acquisitions, and cross-functional team management. Academic qualifications include a BA in International Business from Michigan State University, an MBA from IESE Business School, and executive education from Harvard Business School.
