Sandra Martinez

Sandra Martinez, CHRP, CPC, WPCC, serves as the Senior People and Culture Business Partner at JTI since January 2016, overseeing human resources operations for the Montreal market and global functions, as well as the Canadian Eastern/Atlantic sales region. Prior to this role, Sandra managed recruitment and talent management for approximately 350 employees across Canada. Sandra’s previous experience includes a position as Senior Business Partner for Human Resources at Kaycan, focusing on labor relations and human resources management for six manufacturing plants. Sandra began a career at JTI in 2008, serving as Total Compensation and Talent Management Lead. Academic credentials include a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from McGill University and an Honours degree in Language and Literature from Concordia University.
