Steve Dyer is currently serving as the People & Culture Vice President for Western Europe and Reduced Risk Products at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) since January 2021, where responsibilities include leading Agile transformation initiatives and fostering a cultural shift within the organization. Prior to this role, Dyer was the Global Transformation Vice President at JT International SA, focusing on organizational and Agile transformation. Dyer's extensive experience at JTI includes a notable tenure as CEO/General Manager for Korea, where transformational strategies were implemented to achieve financial turnaround and cultural repositioning, as well as various human resources leadership roles across multiple regions. Dyer holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Organisational Development & Business Management from the University of Port Elizabeth.
