Tomasz Mroczek

Tomasz Mroczek has extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental management, beginning as an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist at Baxter International Inc. from September 2001 to July 2005. Tomasz progressed to Procter & Gamble, serving as HSE Director from April 2021 to March 2025, where responsibilities included managing safety in a factory with over 2000 employees and overseeing multiple locations to achieve zero incidents. Following this role, Tomasz took on the position of GSC EHS Director for Western Europe and the Americas at JTI in September 2025, continuing the commitment to maintaining a zero-incident target.
