Andrew Eldred

Andrew Eldred serves as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at ECA - Excellence in Electrotechnical and Engineering Services and has held various key roles since September 2017, including Director of Workforce and Public Affairs and Director of Employment and Skills.
