Carl Haynes

Carl Haynes is the Head of Delivery for the Southern Region at JTL, where they lead efforts to enhance project delivery in the engineering and construction sectors. With a robust background that includes roles at Kingsfield Consulting and as a Partner at Kingsfield Academy, Carl has extensive experience in learning and development and project management. Previously, they served as a Project Manager and Senior Product Development Manager at ECITB, and spent over two decades with the Royal Navy in various capacities. Carl holds an HND in Electrical Engineering Aerospace Studies from the Defence College of Aeronautical Engineering.
