Chris Claydon

Chris Claydon MA is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within both the military and training sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive at JTL since February 2023, Chris previously held the position of Chief Executive at the Engineering Construction Industry Training Board from September 2015 to February 2023. Prior to that, Chris was a Transformation Leader in the British Army, where responsibilities included spearheading a significant organizational transformation. Chris's military career includes notable roles such as Commander of 2 Brigade, overseeing a large organization focused on security and operational support, and various strategic planning positions at the Ministry of Defence. Chris holds a Master's degree in Defence Technology from Cranfield University and is currently furthering education at the Bristol Management Centre.
