Mike Hill

Mike Hill has extensive experience in the field of education and training, currently serving as Director of Ohmic Training Solutions Ltd since October 2015, where the organization specializes in training, coaching, and competence assessment for professionals. Mike also holds the role of Compex Assessor at JTL and has worked as an Instrument Assessor at Petrofac Training Services and PETROTEKNO, among other positions. Notably, contributions to ADNOC Academy and Equinor’s Mariner A platform demonstrate strong expertise in instrument training and assessment. A background in education includes serving as Assistant Headteacher at Futures Community College and Principal at Dipont Education in China. Mike holds an MA in Education from The Open University and a BSc. (Hons) in Science Education from the University of Sunderland, complemented by an HNC in Industrial Measurement & Control from Teesside University.
