Kyncade Hardy

Kyncade Hardy is an experienced construction professional currently serving as Project Superintendent at JTM Construction since August 2025. Previously, Kyncade held the role of Project Superintendent and Project Manager at Perlo Construction from October 2015 to August 2025. Prior experience includes Project Manager at Grow Construction LLC from November 2013 to October 2015 and Field Engineer at HENSEL PHELPS between September 2011 and October 2013, where Kyncade also interned in May to August 2010. Kyncade holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Utah Valley University, earned between 2005 and 2011.
