JTP Capital is a real asset private equity advisory and placement practice, focused on building a strategic, client-driven approach to the fundraising process. The firm was created to provide a more complete capital advisory and fundraising solution for a small number of select real asset private equity clients, allowing them to outsource the expertise necessary to maximize their effectiveness in the institutional capital markets.

In sharp contrast to the typical placement agent experience – short term, transaction driven, and often conflictual – our focus is on longer term, strategic relationships.
