Tom Rowinski is the Founder and CEO of Echo Software, a company dedicated to enhancing autism therapy through an innovative all-in-one platform. Since 2022, they have also served on the Leadership Council of the A.J. Drexel Autism Institute. In 2025, Tom co-founded CareLink, a platform designed specifically for home-care registries that streamlines scheduling and billing processes. Additionally, they have been the Managing Partner at JTR Solutions since 2007.
