Tim Criger

Tim Criger is currently the Controller at Judd Builders, a position held since 2024. Previously, Tim served as the Director of Accounting at Method Co. from 2023 to 2024, and held various leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer at The HOW Group (2021-2023) and at The DePaul Group (2020-2021), as well as CFO at Keystone Property Group from 2013 to 2020. Tim's earlier experience includes multiple accounting and finance positions, such as Controller for GMH's Military Housing Division and Director of Accounting at Grasso Holdings. Tim earned a B.S. in Accounting with honors from Arcadia University, having studied there from 1994 to 1996.
