Eric Anderko

Eric Anderko has worked at The Judge Group since 2013. Eric started as an Intern Sourcer/Jr. Recruiter in June 2013 and then moved on to become a Technical Recruiter in June 2014. In this role, Eric conducted full life cycle recruiting on large enterprise financial accounts, utilized recruiting tools to find and screen top talent, conducted interviews to qualify candidates, and searched for potential candidates through various channels. In January 2016, they were promoted to Senior Technical Recruiter before eventually becoming the Managing Vice President, Recruiting in August 2016.

Eric Anderko completed their education at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania from 2010 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services. In addition, they obtained the SHRM Assurance of Learning Assessment certification in 2014.
