Eric D. Eric possesses a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in IT Project Management from the American Public University System and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from The American University. Eric is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), and Certified Scrum Master (CSM), demonstrating a commitment to agile excellence and leadership in the field.
