Eric Meltzer

Eric Meltzer has a strong background in technical recruiting, with experience spanning over two decades. Eric began their career in 1999 as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Keystone Computer Associates, where they focused on contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions. Eric utilized various resources, including internal databases and job search platforms such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn, to source and screen candidates. In 2016, they joined CDI Corporation as a Senior Recruiter, where they continued to specialize in IT positions and national accounts. Eric worked on contract and contract-to-hire roles, utilizing the Bullhorn database and search engines like Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, and LinkedIn. Eric then moved to Artech Information Systems (acquired CDI Corp) in 2018, where they worked remotely as a Senior Technical Recruiter.
