James Held is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and computer science. Currently serving as a Windchill PLM Architect at The Judge Group since August 2023, James previously held positions as a PLM/Windchill Systems Architect at both ArcherGrey and ASRC Federal, focusing on the implementation, support, administration, and customization of PLM and CAD data management systems. Additional roles include serving as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Detroit Mercy and as a Solution Architect at PTC, where James played a key role in designing and customizing PLM solutions for automotive clients. Prior to this, James managed engineering systems and operations at General Motors and held various technical management positions at TRW Systems & Information Technology Group and Faurecia Automotive Seating. James holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Detroit Mercy and an academic foundation in Computer Information Systems from Macomb Community College.
