Nishit also worked at HCL Technologies and Artech L.L.C. in various managerial roles. Nishit started their career as a Technical Recruiter at iGate Mastech, specializing in US IT staffing. Nishit Kumar completed an MBA in Human Resources from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, from 2010 to 2012.
