Robert Petras is currently the Vice President of Recruiting for JTS IT at The Judge Group, a role they have held since 2021. Previously, Robert served as a Managing Vice President at The Judge Group from 2005 to 2011, where they managed a large delivery team and developed strategic recruiting processes. Robert began their career at The Judge Group as a Technical Recruiter, where they sourced and screened talent for major clients. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Neumann University between 2002 and 2005.
