Tom Thew

Tom Thew is an experienced professional in executive search and recruitment, currently serving as the Director of Executive Search for Information Technology and Finance and Accounting at The Judge Group since January 2016. In this role, Tom manages the Permanent Placement Practice for Philadelphia, focusing on IT and accounting roles. Prior to this, Tom held various positions at Relevante from May 2004 to December 2015, including Partner and Managing Director, where responsibilities spanned business development, recruiting service delivery, and overall practice management. Tom began the career as a Case Management Supervisor at Northwestern Human Services from May 1999 to May 2004.
