Amanda Willis

Amanda Willis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Amanda began their career at L'Oréal in 2001, where they worked as a Finance & Operations Controller and later became the General Manager for the Cosmetic Active division in the UK. After that, they served as the General Manager for the Cosmetic Active division in the Netherlands, leading a successful turnaround of the troubled division. Amanda then moved on to work at L'Oréal UK as the Financial Director for the Professional Products Division, where they played a key role in developing and executing strategies, managing financial targets, and maximizing commercial opportunities. Amanda joined Stella & Dot in 2012 as the Finance Director for the EMEA region and held the position until 2019. Currently, they are Vice President of Finance and Legal EMEA at The Juice Plus+ Company.

Amanda Willis attended Guernsey Grammar School from 1987 to 1989, where they studied Maths, Physics, Economics, and GS for their A'Levels. Amanda later graduated from Kingston University in 2003 with a 1st BA Hons degree in Accountancy & Finance.
