Deborah Lee Ph.D. is an accomplished Holistic Health Practitioner and owner of Four Winds Farm and the Four Winds Farm Teaching Center since July 1999, where a body, mind, and spirit approach is emphasized in addressing dis-ease stemming from emotional and spiritual challenges. With a strong background in nutrition as a National Sales Coordinator for The Juice Plus+ Company since January 1994, Deborah promotes physician-approved products supported by extensive research. Previous roles include serving as Horticulture Coordinator and City Horticulturist for the University of Illinois Extension from 2006 to 2011 and as the owner of Health Unlimited from 1987 to 2007. Deborah holds a Ph.D. in Nutrition/Holistic Health from Meridian University International and multiple degrees, including an MS in Environmental Studies from Kansas State University and a Bachelor's in Psychology and Outdoor Education from Northern Arizona University.
