Heather Howard

Heather Howard has extensive experience in the field of investigations, primarily as a Private and Background Investigator since 2008. Currently working with US ISS Agency, LLC, Heather conducts customized investigations, while also managing a team of investigators under the TSA contract for the Federal Flight Deck Officer program. As the founder of Howard Professional Services, LLC, Heather carried out numerous background checks and private investigations. Additional roles include Sales Coordinator at NSA, the maker of Juice Plus+, Manager at Wild Birds Unlimited, Inc., and founder of the Hope For Hair Foundation, a nonprofit supporting cancer patients facing hair loss. Heather also served as Secretary for the North Carolina Association of Private Investigators and volunteered as a Guardian ad Litem for abused children. Heather holds a BS in Criminal Justice and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
