Liz Gallant is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in maternal and child health as well as education. Currently, Liz serves as a Certified Lactation Educator with Heartstrings Doula Care since April 2014, providing breastfeeding support and education, and as a Certified Birth & Postpartum Doula. Since June 2019, Liz has also been an ICEA-Certified Childbirth Educator. In addition, Liz has worked as a Wellness Coordinator with The Juice Plus+ Company since November 2004, focusing on whole-foods nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices. Previous roles include serving as a Postpartum Doula at the Denver Center for Birth and Wellness LLC and as a Gifted and Talented Teacher with Jeffco Public Schools. Liz began her educational career as a teacher and substitute teacher with Littleton and Jeffco Public Schools from 2011 to 2017. Liz earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Master of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Colorado Denver.
