Nishanth Kottary is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development, particularly in the Julia programming language. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at JuliaHub since August 2015, Nishanth has authored and co-authored several Julia packages, including MySQL.jl, a MySQL client for Julia. Prior to this role, Nishanth worked at Cisco from August 2014 to August 2015 as a Software Engineer, where contributions included the development of enterprise-grade solutions for the mobile IPv6 component of Cisco's ios-se and ios-XR platforms, gaining significant experience in low-level systems development. Nishanth holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, completed in 2013, and has a strong educational background from St. Aloysius P.U. College and St. Theresa's School.
