We use Job Crafting and our background in Positive Change, to actively, intentionally, shaping your job, and create wins for employers and employees.

Services:

✅ 1:1 Coaching to develop a plan for greater satisfaction and well-being at work in your current job—or the next one. Make Monday mornings a day to look forward to again.

✅ Executive Coaching 1:1 and Groups to build better communications, solve for the right problems, and work more cohesively using a solution-focused approach.

✅ Workshops for developing people, performance, and purpose that make change deeply engaging. Create lasting change and making better workplaces where employees are happy to show up Monday mornings.

✅ Speaker Coaching
At the heart of leadership is compelling communication. Conversation is the shortest distance between two people. Listening well, absolutely. And learning to be a good storyteller, too. Stories have the ability to connect us, uplift us, and inspire us to action. Stories change lives. We can show you how.

Our clients regularly appear on TED and TEDx stages, receiving well over 2 million views; giving key note addresses, and, they speak virtually—a whole different animal from speaking live, on stage.

Determined to discover your career breakthrough, create a human-centered culture worth making, telling stories that help you lead and inspire?
