Currently serving as a Risk Controller at Julius Baer since December 2021, Dounia previously held the position of Risk Manager and Junior Risk Manager at Frankfurter Bankgesellschaft (Schweiz) AG from November 2018 to November 2021. Dounia began the professional journey at Wüest Partner AG, initially as an Apprentice from August 2014 to July 2017, and later as an Assistant from September 2017 to October 2018. Academically, Dounia earned a Bachelor of Science in Banking & Finance from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences and holds a diploma as a Swiss Fund Officer from Fund Academy AG, along with vocational training credentials from KV Business School Zürich.
