Mikhal A. started their work experience as a Research Assistant Intern at the Stem Cell and Cancer Institute in 2009. In 2011, they worked as a Research Assistant at TNS Research International. Then, in 2012, they joined Millward Brown as a Research Associate, and later became a Research Executive and then Senior Research Executive, where they provided research-based consultancy in brand building, advertising, communication, and channel optimization. In 2016, Mikhal A. interned at IBM as a Global Business Services Distribution Sector Europe Intern. In 2017, they joined Mindshare as a Planning Manager, and then progressed to become the Media Planning Group Head until 2020. Currently, Mikhal A. holds the position of Head of Marketing at JULO, starting from January 2020.
Mikhal A. completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Biotechnology from Monash University, which took place from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Sunway College from 2008 to 2009, where they completed the Monash University Foundation Year with a focus on Science. In 2015, Mikhal A. enrolled in the TIAS School for Business and Society and earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business Administration, specializing in Business Analytics, during the academic year 2015-2016.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Mikhal A. has obtained several certifications. In October 2016, they acquired the IBM Design Thinking Practitioner certification from IBM. They also obtained certifications in Google Ads, including Google Ads Search in June 2019 and Google Ads Fundamentals in March 2019.
