Mariam Monib is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in talent acquisition and people experience. Currently serving as HR Manager - Regional Talent Acquisition at Julphar since January 2026, Mariam previously held the position of Regional Talent Sourcing Senior Manager at Majid Al Futtaim from August 2024 to January 2026. Additionally, Mariam has been an Ambassador for One Young World since October 2023, contributing to a global community of leaders.
