Jumar
Darren Frear has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Darren began their career at SCC in 1998 as a Systems Engineer, and gradually climbed the ladder to become a Senior Systems Engineer, Technical Team Leader, and eventually a Project Manager. In 2016, they took on the role of Senior Project Manager and led various projects until 2019. During their tenure at SCC, Darren also served as the Project Services Team Leader for London and South East. In 2019, they joined Jumar as a Senior Project Manager and was later promoted to the position of Head of Project Management in October 2021.
Darren Frear attended Ash Manor from 1989 to 1994, where they obtained their GCSEs. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career, including AWS Cloud Quest: Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services in January 2023, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals and Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals from Microsoft in August 2022, Agile Project Management and Waterfall Project Management from the Project Management Institute in June 2022, PRINCE2® Practitioner from AXELOS Global Best Practice in February 2022, RPA Business Analyst and RPA Implementation Manager from UiPath in August 2019, and Prince 2 Practitioner from APMG International in May 2016 and June 2010. Darren also obtained Prince 2 Foundation from APMG International in September 2009 and PRINCE2® Practitioner CPD from AXELOS Global Best Practice in March 2021.
