Ian Knowles Mbcs

Ian Knowles MBCS has more than 10 years of experience in various leadership roles in the IT industry. Ian is currently serving as the Head of Assurance and Delivery at Jumar. Prior to this, they worked as the Programme Test Manager - Savings Digital Programme at The West Brom and as the Head of Test at Legal & General.

Ian's experience also includes positions such as Head of Test at Inspired Gaming Group, Senior Test Manager at Focus Solutions Group Ltd, and Senior Test Manager / Track Lead at Boots UK. Ian has also held senior roles at Swiss Re and Service Birmingham.

Throughout their career, Ian has been responsible for test management, delivery, and strategy across multiple projects and organizations. Ian has proven expertise in ensuring the implementation of efficient testing processes and frameworks, managing stakeholder relationships, and leading teams of testers and test managers.

Ian Knowles MBCS has a BA (Hons) degree in Financial Services from the University of Central Lancashire, which they obtained between 1994 and 1996. Prior to that, they attended Summerhill School from 1985 to 1989, but there is no information about a degree or field of study from that institution. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained the TMMi® - Professional certification from iSQI in November 2022, the Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org in February 2019, the Advanced Test Manager certification from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in August 2000, and the ISEB Foundation Certificate in Software Testing from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in May 2000.
