Eva Visser is currently engaged in a research internship at De Vlinderstichting, focusing on the habitat requirements of the common red ant (Myrmica rubra) to facilitate the reintroduction of the dark blue butterfly (Maculinea nausithous) in Brabant. Simultaneously, Eva serves as an assistant team leader at Jumbo Supermarkten, providing support in the customer service department. Previously, Eva held roles as a junior ecologist at Maasarend, where responsibilities included conducting butterfly inventories and bird counts, as well as completing an internship at Ecologica to assess biodiversity in dry, poor grasslands through studies of wild bee and ground beetle species. Eva's educational background includes a master’s degree in conservation biology from Radboud University, a bachelor's degree in applied biology from HAS Green Academy, and a pre-master's program in biology from Radboud University.
