Joost Lagas

Joost Lagas possesses extensive experience in corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions, currently holding the position of Manager Corporate Finance & M&A at Jumbo Supermarkten since July 2017. Previous roles include Senior Corporate Finance and M&A Specialist, M&A Specialist, and Group Controller at the same company. Prior to Jumbo Supermarkten, Joost Lagas worked at Deloitte Nederland from September 2010 to June 2017, advancing through various positions including Manager of Deloitte M&A Transaction Services and Senior Consultant in the same area. Educational qualifications include a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the Institute of Management Accountants and a Master of Science in Financial Management along with a Bachelor of Science in Bedrijfseconomie, both from Tilburg University.
