Tom van Dalen has extensive experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, with a career spanning from 2008 to the present. Starting as a Junior Promotion Effectiveness Manager at Philips Consumer Lifestyle, Tom progressed through various roles, including SEO Textwriter at Grizzly New Marketing and Customer Advisor at CZ. Tom then worked as a Customer Care Manager and Online Shop Manager at zooplus AG, followed by an Online Marketing Manager position at zooplus BV. At Greenhouse, Tom held multiple roles, including Manager Connection Planning and Campaign Optimizer, where a combination of account management and digital marketing expertise was utilized to enhance campaign performance. Recently, as Head of E-commerce & Retailmedia at GroupM Netherlands and currently as a Product Development expert for Retail Media at Jumbo Supermarkten, Tom focuses on developing innovative media solutions. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree from Avans University of Applied Sciences and a Master's degree in Marketing Management from Universiteit van Tilburg.
