Alan Hili

Alan Hili has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Alan most recently worked at Jumbo Interactive Limited, starting in May 2021 as a Product Manager and later transitioning to the role of Principal Product Manager in February 2023. Prior to that, Alan worked at Travello App as a Product Manager from May 2019 to April 2021.

Before their time at Jumbo Interactive Limited and Travello App, Alan gained experience at Tanda as a Business Analyst from July 2016 to April 2019. Alan also held a Business Analyst Intern position at Tanda for one month in June 2016.

Alan's work experience includes a role as an Enterprise Systems Analyst at UnitingCare Community from November 2015 to August 2016.

Additionally, they worked as a Tier 1 Technical Support Specialist at Concentrix from August 2014 to June 2016. At Concentrix, Alan supported iOS and Beats by Dre devices for the Asia Pacific Region and Apple Account Security, interacting with English-speaking customers from various countries.

Alan Hili completed their Bachelor of Information Technology degree in Information Systems from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in Business Analysis from IIBA - International Institute of Business Analyses in June 2015 and a Cert II in Information Technology from the Australian Government Department of Education and Training in November 2013.
