Chris P.

Chris P. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 1999, Chris worked as a Consultant at Dialog Information Technology for over six years. In 2006, they joined Flight Centre as a Software Development Team Leader before being promoted to Software Development Manager in 2010. During their time at Flight Centre, Chris introduced agile development processes and led a team of approximately 55 staff. In 2012, Chris co-founded Socket Software, where they focused on business and product development. Finally, in 2014, they joined Jumbo Interactive Limited as a Team Leader for Mobile Apps before being promoted to Head of Engineering in 2019.

Chris P. completed their Bachelor of IT degree with a major in Information Systems at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 1997 to 2001. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance in July 2015. Chris also holds the Microsoft Certified Solution Developer certification from Microsoft. The details of when and where they obtained the ITIL V2 Foundation certification are not provided.
