Gaurav Kumar is a seasoned professional with experience in merchandising and operations, currently serving as a Merchandise Associate at Jumbotail since September 2024. In this role, Gaurav focuses on planning and executing campaigns to drive traffic and enhance sales, utilizing tools such as MoEngage and Carix for customer engagement and performance tracking.
