Robert Souter is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Food and Beverage at Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, overseeing the operations of Shimmers since August 2023. Prior to this, Robert held the position of General Manager at Gates Hospitality for a six-month pop-up project at Dasha curated by Akira Back. Robert co-founded Group One and acted as COO from January 2020 to August 2022.
