Tom Goering

Tom Goering is an experienced Technical Publications Lead at Jumio Corporation since July 2022, where responsibilities include expanding customer-facing documentation, integrating OpenAPI specifications, developing content for the Jumio Portal, and maintaining collaborations with various teams to ensure accurate documentation. Prior to Jumio, Tom worked at FICO from 2002 to July 2022 as a Technical Publications Principal Engineer, focusing on eLearning for the Decision Management Suite, end-user documentation strategy, leading the Information Architecture workgroup, and managing product documentation teams. Additional experience includes roles as Information Development Manager at Neuron Data/Blaze Software and Lotus Development from 1994 to 2001. Tom holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley.
