Liz Barrett

Liz Barrett is a dedicated Math Evangelist and Professional Learning & Educator Support Specialist with JUMP Math, where they have worked since 2003, focusing on Northern and Western Canada as well as Indigenous initiatives. They also served as the First Nations Outreach Regional Manager for British Columbia, supporting teachers and communities. Liz holds an educational background from Stellenbosch University, where they studied from 1999 to 2001. In addition to their professional pursuits, they are a nature photographer and an environmental activist, advocating for their personal views on these important issues.
