Gemma Schaefer

Gemma Schaefer is the Executive Director of Creative Strategy at Jump 450 Media, an Omnicom Company. Gemma co-founded Social Solstice, bringing innovative ideas to life between 2018 and 2021, and has been the founder of The GEMMA Label since 2016. Their creative journey includes roles as a Senior Creative Specialist at Jump 450, Art Director at Philly Home Girls, and Fashion Support Stylist at QVC. Gemma holds a Master’s degree in Global Fashion Enterprise from Philadelphia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and Communications from Limestone College.
