Ashley Lester

Ashley Lester has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Ashley currently works at JumpCloud as a Technical Account Manager since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Customer Success Manager at JumpCloud from February 2021 to April 2022. Before their role as a Senior Customer Success Manager, they were the Manager of CSM from September 2019 to February 2021. Ashley also has experience as a Team Lead, Account Manager and an Account Manager at JumpCloud from October 2018 to August 2019 and August 2016 to September 2018, respectively. Ashley started their career at JumpCloud as a Sales Development Representative from January 2016 to August 2016.

Before joining JumpCloud, Ashley worked at Dsenyo as the Director of Marketing and Sales from February 2015 to December 2015. Ashley'sresponsibilities included customer relations, sales, marketing, managing the company blog, and maintaining relations with the public relations firm.

Additionally, Ashley worked at Dsenyo as a Wholesale Account Manager from August 2011 to April 2014. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Store Manager/Donations at BeadforLife from February 2009 to August 2011.

Ashley Lester earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder, graduating in 2007. In 2006, Ashley participated in a Study Abroad program at College Year in Athens. Later, Ashley pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University and completed the program in 2014. In 2020, Ashley also obtained the JumpCloud Core Certification from JumpCloud.
