Bala Dharshan

Bala Dharshan is a seasoned design professional currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at JumpCloud since January 2024. Previous experience includes a role as a Product Designer at Microsoft from January 2021 to July 2023, and as an Interaction Designer at Pramati Technologies Private Limited from March 2019 to January 2021. Bala began the career as a UX Designer Intern at uxmint from October 2018 to March 2019 and worked as a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant between December 2016 and September 2018. Additionally, Bala held the position of Training Associate at Focus Academy For Career Enhancement for a brief period in 2016. Educationally, Bala holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Information Technology from Hindusthan Institute of Technology, completed in 2016, following studies at Vasavi Vidyalaya from 2010 to 2012.
